Does the pink ipod come with ruffles?

You have some good ones on there. Radio head? Score.

What are your thoughts on using it for the race in June? I am pretty sure that RnR they are legal.

The Clash, Talking Heads, Love & Rockets...nice playlist! Have fun discovering what you want to hear during RNR in SD!

Nice playlist, Jeff.

Train in Vain! Love it. You move up on my cool scale from a modest 4 to 5. By the way, the scale goes to 100 so don't get too excited. But seriously I jest. I like to alternate runs with music and without. For some reason I come back happier post-run after listening to music. After a non-musical run I usually just think that was a workout. With music I seem to fly.

Oh and Pink...easy to find if you drop it I guess.

And if I haven't mentioned it yet, great blog. I plan to get serious and start my own at some point. But at the present the son and wife get all of my free time.

talk later.
